Data collected
The contact form collects name, email address, organisation, role and message. The newsletter collects an email address. The date and time of each submission are stored with it.
Purpose
Contact form data is used only to reply to enquiries. Newsletter addresses are used only to send new essays.
Legal basis
Processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and for enquiries also on steps taken at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b).
Retention
Data is kept for [period] and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Hosting provider
The website and its database are hosted by Lovable (Lovable Cloud). Visitor statistics are collected without cookies through Plausible Analytics.
Unsubscribe and deletion
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, by writing to efthymiosvogiatzis@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
